When you run, try to synchronize your breath with each step you take, it will help control your breathing and will keep your mind off feeling tired or pain. Also it's a great way to clear your head!

Having some of your favorite music playing while you work out is a great way to keep your mind off of feeling tired too! You're so focused on singing the song in your head (or out loud) that you do not even realize how much time has passed, especially when you are doing cardio.

Compound multi-joint exercises will help you burn MAJOR calories while hitting several muscle groups at one time!! Ex.- Performing walking lunges while doing shoulder presses will increase your heart and shorten your workout since you are working upper and lower body at the same time!!
